We are grateful to be part of your travel journey. By making reservations and bookings on our website, take note to agree to its terms and conditions. Please carefully read and understand the below terms and conditions.

1. Pricing

Our mentioned rates on the website are economic pricing. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on an individual basis and do not include transfers, visa charges, travel insurance, meal, and hotels. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as the increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

2. Methods of Payment

All clients can pay by a card that includes Visa and MasterCard. We require full payment by using a credit card. Details such as card number should be provided by the client to complete the transaction.

3. Confirmation of Payment

When the payment is done, our agents will send you the ticket or voucher via mail. This will serve as your receipt or e-ticket to the particular service you have chosen upon doing the booking.

4. Itinerary Amendments

Routings and services covered in your chosen package can be subject to change based on local / weather conditions, and airway schedules. In this case, we can provide options of similar value, however depending on its availability. Trip Forever announces changes in itinerary, before departure. Kindly be informed that we have the right to implement minor changes in the itinerary at any time without a refund. Further, no refund can be done in the event, such as flood and earthquake.

5. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy

Trip Forever cannot determine your preferred hotels, you can request with your standard and budget. For the check-in and check-out, it will always depend on your chosen hotel. For early check-in and late check-out, it will always be subject to availability and will be confirmed by the hotels.

6. Travel Insurance

We do advise that the clients should have travel insurance for any unexpected events such as accidents, illness, injury, as well as the loss of personal belongings especially clients’ passport.

7. Travel Documents

The client should be mindful to carry to documents needed for a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. Especially for clients coming from other countries. Trip Forever is not responsible to give a refund in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.
